Know Before You Go:

  • Do not park in the cul-de-sac or block anyone’s driveway when parking for this trail.

  • This trail starts off steep but then evens out as you travel through different types of terrain.

  • You are hiking through bear territory, keep an eye and an ear out.

  • There is an outhouse near the top if you need.

  • Be sure to check out the multiple waterfall viewpoints along the way.

  • Use the trailhead coordinates provided, Google Maps will take you to the wrong starting point if you search the trail name.

  • This is a very buggy area, bring lots of DEET.

  • The weather changes quickly at the top, bring layers and rain protection.

  • No dogs are allowed on this trail.

  • The trail becomes slightly difficult to follow as you near the top, an offline map would be useful.
