Know Before You Go:
A great viewpoint to photograph the La Sal Mountains at sunset or some of the park’s named rock formations at sunrise.
The light changes quickly so you'll want to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to set up and scout your shots.
One of the less crowded viewpoints in the park.
Beginning in 2022 the park is implementing a ticketed entry system from April 3rd until October 3rd. Between the hours of 6am and 5pm all visitors must have a timed entry ticket acquired in advance. To make your reservations visit recreation.gov.
