Purchase your pass/day-use fee before arriving.
There are several routes to the top and this is the easiest, starting from Rock Creek Pass TH. The route from the south is closed as AllTrails states due to logging activity. The route mentioned here is in fact still open.
You’ll get great views of the surrounding mountain peaks from the lookout.
Be careful on the final, small scramble to the top - the official path is a little hard to follow, watch where you place your feet.
